Our client was the Head of Innovation and Transformation for Anthony Collins Solicitors, an award winning, purpose-led boutique legal firm.
The challenge
The legal world is changing; technology has enabled tech-startups to thrive, whilst deregulation has enabled non legal practitioners to deliver traditional legal services. ACS, aware of this disruption, wanted to ensure that they not only survive, but thrive in this changing legal landscape.
How we did it
Working closely with the Head of Innovation and Transformation, we went back to first principles – what is the vision for a programme and what type of innovation is required.
Once the north star was established, we drew on years of delivering innovation programmes within professional services to build a bespoke and actionable innovation strategy.
