Future Arc successfully launched Ceridian Dayforce (Human Capital Management System) in JO Hambro to circa 350 employees globally and within 7 months. The software has provided a digital experience for employees in performance, day to day tasks, payroll and learning.
JO Hambro is a Capital Management company based in London. A few years prior to our work in 2020 they became part of the Pendal Group of companies.
With the increase in global reach and headcount there was a challenge with People Operations and Process that meant they required a digital solution for HR and payroll globally. The team had a large number of processes that took up a lot of HR resource, the challenge was also to build these successfully into the one digital solution and create time, cost and quality efficiencies.
Our role was to run discovery and implementation of an HCM (Human Capital Management) system. We acted as the Project/Implementation Management capability between HR and the PMO team.
The HCM software selected by the company was Ceridian Dayforce. We ran discovery of their process needs, configuration of the HCM system, testing with users, and full implementation globally for the business including payroll for UK, US and Singapore.
To make sure the solution was successful in practical use, we undertook change management with specific users and areas of the business.
