Design matters, for a human centred world.

Design as a part of a multidisciplinary team with humans at the centre of everything we do.

How do you solve a problem?

Well, if you are already intimately familiar with the conditions surrounding the problem you might have an idea how to solve it but what if the problem was completely new to you, something you’d never seen or experienced before?

What would you do?

Would you learn all there is to know about the people affected by the problem, would you immerse yourself in the problem, would you find out about all the interaction points the problem might have or would you research novel and interesting ideas to design, build and test?

So would we.

Immersion

We start with people, those affected by the problem, the problem that arises when those same people have a need or needs that are not being served correctly and/or appropriately. When starting with people our ability to design innovative solutions depends directly on our ability to empathise with them and deeply understand their needs. Once done we find ourselves with a new shared understanding of the people affected and a new foundation that we can build on to solve the problem.

Ideation

With our foundation in hand use cases can be built to make sense of our learnings based on the problems’ manifestation in the real world, the conditions surrounding it and we can begin to identify opportunities for design, generate ideas and build prototype solutions. Frequently testing our ideas with the people we’re designing for and iterating on it to create a solution that meets their needs.

Implementation

Once the solution has been developed it’s time to bring it to life in the most suitable format for your audience which through the human centred design process will become obvious to us as we progress. The solution will have been tested, trialed and shared with as many people as you can find that will interact with it so you can remain confident that you have listened to feedback and it has been validated.

We design for humans.

Our process of understanding people enables us to empathise deeply with them in order to empower us as their champions and deliver a valuable, frustration free human experience.

We design products and services that solve human problems by positioning humans at the centre of everything we do.

We design for you.

What would you do if you had a problem? We hope you’d let us know, afterall, a problem shared is a problem halved.
